Free preorder tracker: see what hits your card each month
By Britton Jewell · Last updated
A free Google Sheet for action figure and collectible preorders. Add your orders, and it works out when each store will actually charge you, using each store's own published rules, then adds up what's due each month. No more surprise charges three preorders deep.
What it does
- A charge date for every preorder. Amazon, Walmart and Target charge when it ships, Big Bad Toy Store and Entertainment Earth when stock reaches their warehouse, McFarlane, NECA and Super7 the day you order. The sheet already knows the rules for 25 stores.
- What's due each month, for the next 12 months, plus everything charging in the next 30 days.
- Deadlines you'd otherwise miss, like Big Bad Toy Store's 4 days to pay once stock arrives and GameStop's refund window after release.
- Warnings when something's off: a release date that has passed, a store it doesn't know, or a date it can't read.
- One preorder or three hundred. Deposits, price changes and installment plans are all handled, and it works for collectors and sellers alike.
What the monthly view looks like
Each row of your sheet also shows the store's charge rule, its cancel rule and any deadline.
